These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "the Player") and 98okbajee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Dormant Accounts: An account is classified as dormant after 12 months of continuous inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wager, no withdrawal). 98okbajee will notify the account holder by email at the registered address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from dormant account balances after the notification period, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC requirements.
